Song [1, 2, 3]
I created a music piece together with different musicians. Like a Chinese whispering game the music piece was passed on and transformed by each new player.
It started with a tune that I was humming one night and recorder by chance. I found this footage later and asked a friend to transcribe it to music: see image below.
It started out with a violist, 2 singers and a saxofonist. This work was presented in The Fabriek in Eindhoven in 2015. Later I asked a few more musicians to transform the piece a little bit more. See below. It is an ongoing project.
